JCI has implemented a logistics solution involving automated/manual Pick Up Sheets which allows for streaming 830 replenishment demand into 862 Delivery authorizations with full-trucking and trailer-mapping functionalities. This application, code-named Apollo, has consistently provided multi-million dollar annualized savings. This Consumption Based PUS solution provides substantial annualized savings involving operator, freight, inventory and floor space reductions. The process for collecting consumption demand, PUS creation, 862 transmission and 852 processing is fully automated, eliminating the need for analyst intervention. Exception management is handled through a visualization, alerting and monitoring solution which allows for manual intervention if required.

With the unique decouple design by Roundview Technologies, the interface project fulfilled the promise of being robust, scalable and transparent – every message and its processing status along with exception cause are completely visible to the Excel IT and business.
