Scaling ERP Support with a Blended Vendor/Offshore Model MULI PAZ - Argon Medical Devices Most QAD teams are asked to do more with a lean internal headcount — supporting daily operations while still delivering enhancements and projects. This session shows how a small core team can scale coverage and capacity through a blended onshore/offshore vendor model without losing control of quality. We'll cover how we structured tiered support (from first-responder intake through escalation), built the runbooks and knowledge transfer that make distributed teams effective, and put governance and SLAs in place to keep everyone accountable across time zones. |

Your Data is a Gold Mine: Find Value Beneath the Surface AMANDA GOODSON - Cyberscience QAD CUSTOMER TBD Every day your QAD system quietly collects a wealth of data about your production, inventory, finances, and operations. But for many manufacturers, the gap between having data and actually using it is wider than it should be and that gap has a real cost. Join Amanda and [customer TBD] as they dig beyond the surface, using real-world examples to show how manufacturers are striking gold by using their data to find hidden inefficiencies, fix broken processes, and improve the bottom line. The gold is already there. This session gives you the tools to dig for it. Stop Panning. Start Mining. |

AI Empowered Cash Application Process GARY YANG - Roundview Technologies KEVIN DAVIS - AmSafe Roundview developed an AI empowered process to optimize the AR Cash application for AmSafe. This project utilized QAD AUX and Roundview IntelliFramework (RIF) which is an integration platform with AI agents built-in. The AI agent was trained to use variety of tools including QXtend data inquiry and transactional interfaces, subscribes to email boxes to extract AR payment documents from customers / bank, and matches AR transactions in QAD. The result is a workbench data grid in AUX for AR clerk to approve and that will result in the AR bank statement be committed in QAD ERP. This process dramatically reduces the work load of AR clerk and provides a much more efficient process. |

Taking AI to the Next Level in Your Organization: What Really Moves the Needle ANITA YOUNGER Strategic Information Group Nearly every manufacturing organization is experimenting with AI. Far fewer are scaling it. In this session at the QAD Midwest and West Coast User Group Meeting, we'll cut through the noise with real case studies from manufacturers who have turned AI from a promising pilot into a competitive advantage, and not how to get your organization off the pilot treadmill and into real, measurable impact. You'll walk away with a clear view of why most AI projects stall, what the winners are doing differently, and three specific actions you can take this quarter to accelerate your own AI journey. Whether you're just getting started, or ready to scale, this session will meet you where you are. |

Extending QAD Across the Requisition-to-Payment Cycle STEPHEN ROSENTHAL - DocLib QAD CUSTOMER TBD Requisitions, POs, and vouchers live in QAD. The work between them often doesn't, and runs on email, spreadsheets, and manual keying instead. That gap has a cost, and it travels: a PO the supplier never confirmed becomes an AP exception weeks later. This session walks the cycle in order, showing what each stage looks like when the work around it runs inside QAD in real time. We'll go deepest on AP, and you’ll also hear from a QAD customer about what changed for their team. Who should attend: purchasing, supplier quality, AP, and finance leaders looking to cut manual work across the QAD environment. |

TRACK #3
Extending Your ERP to the Edge: IT/OT Convergence for the Connected Plant STEVE MODRALL - Fuuz KEVIN CONNOLLY - CSP This session will walk through how leading manufacturers are extending their existing ERP investment all the way to the edge—converging IT and OT on a single, cloud-native platform that connects machines, systems, and people in real time. Rather than ripping and replacing, this approach treats your ERP as the foundation it was meant to be, while finally giving the plant floor the orchestration layer it's been missing. Attendees will learn how to break down the data silos that separate operations from the enterprise, where IT/OT convergence delivers the fastest ROI, and what a connected-plant architecture looks like when machine data, quality, inventory, and production flow seamlessly between the edge and the ERP. You'll leave with a practical framework for turning fragmented plant data into real-time, actionable intelligence—and a clearer picture of what's possible when your ERP and your operations finally speak the same language. |
